You are invited to a very special UQ Talks featuring Andrew Parsons, President of the International Paralympic Committee, about the ‘inclusion revolution’ and how Brisbane 2032 can help shape a more equitable and inclusive world.
Mr Parsons is the third President of the International Paralympic Committee and is visiting Australia in partnership with the Brisbane 2032 Organising Committee and Paralympics Australia. He brings a wealth of experience in sports administration, having previously served as Chairperson of both the Brazilian and Americas Paralympic Committees.
In addition to his keynote presentation, Andrew will be joined by an exceptional panel of experts. Further information can be found below.

All ticket sales will go towards UQ’s Para START Program. Para START is a sports training program, providing one-on-one and group-based training to anyone with a disability. The Program specialises in individuals with high support needs and in the sports of swimming, athletics, strength and conditioning.
