  • See remarkable displays of the ancient world including the Acropolis and Museum in Athens, the Parthenon, ancient ruins in Corinth, the ancient theatre at Epidaurus and the clifftop monasteries of Meteora
  • Traverse the Mountains of Arcadia to ancient Olympia, the site of the first Olympic Games held in 776 BC, and walk the Sacred Way to the 4th-century Temple of Apollo
  • Indulge in the flavours of Greece with family dinner at an olive and wine farm, thyme honey tasting, and a traditional cooking lesson.

Travel insurance

You must take out comprehensive travel insurance for each traveller before participating on your tour. Your insurance protection must include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death, loss or damage of personal baggage, loss of money and personal liability insurance. Evidence of such insurances must be produced on request and normally when your final payment is due. 

Privacy

The University of Queensland (UQ) collects the information in this form to manage your registration for the nominated tour in the UQ Alumni Travel Program.

UQ will disclose the information you provide to our travel partner - Flight Centre - for the purposes described under "Booking process steps". UQ will not otherwise disclose your information to a third party without your agreement, except in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and other relevant privacy laws.
