Each presentation has a 20 min slot. We ask you to complete your talk within 15 min, so we can have some time for question-and-answer.
All presenters should upload your PPT file (Microsoft PowerPoint* (*.ppt) or (*pptx)) or PDF file (Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf)) to the computer in the presentation room at least 15 min before your session starts.
Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format.
Poster size should be A1 portrait oriented (width: 59.4cm / 23 3/8 inch, Length:84.1cm / 33 1/8 inch). Do not exceed these dimensions.

Please note poster presenters must print their own poster prior to attending the conference. There will be no poster printing services available onsite at the conference
The posters can be displayed from 8:30 AM on 11th and should be displayed until the end of the poster session on 13th.
All posters should be removed immediately after the session is over on 13th.
A single posters will be selected for a poster award. All posters displayed before the poster session start will be nominated.
Posters that have been shortlisted as a Poster Pitch for the Poster Showcase in Session 8 - will have a 3 minute lightning presentation, including 3 slides.
Posters that have been invited for a Poster Pitch during the catering breaks will give their 3 minute presentation at their poster - no powerpoint accompaniment.
After the peer-review process, the highest quality papers will be selected and authors will receive an invitation to develop full manuscripts to be submitted for publication in one of the IWA journals (namely: Water Science and Technology; Water Science and Technology: Water Supply; Journal of Water Reuse and Desalination; or Journal of Hydroinformatics).
Please note that acceptance of a paper for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent acceptance for journal publication, the final decision on journal publication lies with the journals’ Editor-in-Chief.
