Cancellations 

Any cancellations or refund requests must be requested in writing to MEWE23 Secretariat (contact(at)mewe23.com (change (at) to @)) prior to 25 August, 2023.

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunds are made.

If cancellation notice is received  by MEWE23 Secretariat

  • on or before 15 July 2023 (23:59 AEST ) - 20% processing fee
  • between 16 July and 25 August 2023 (23:59 AEST ) - 50% processing fee
  • after 25 August 2023 - no refunds.
