Oral Presentation Guidelines

Each presentation has a 15 minute speaking slot. We ask you to complete your talk within 15 min, so we can have 5 minutes Q&A.

All presenters should upload your PPT file (Microsoft PowerPoint* (*.ppt) or (*pptx)) to the computer in the presentation room at least 30 min before your session starts.

Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format.

Poster Pitch Presentation Guidelines

Each pitch presentation has a 3 minute lightning slot in a conference session. You may present your lightning pitch with only 3 slides (excluding title slide). There is no Q&A time for a pitch presentation.

All presenters should upload your PPT file (Microsoft PowerPoint* (*.ppt) or (*pptx)) to the computer in the presentation room at least 15 min before your session starts.

Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Heads up, we will be using digital screens for your poster presentation. Please DO NOT print your poster out and wait for further instruction.

Poster size should be A1 portrait oriented (width: 59.4cm / 23 3/8 inch, Length:84.1cm / 33 1/8 inch). Do not exceed these dimensions.

A Poster Template should you wish to use it can be downloaded here.

The posters can be displayed from 8:30 AM on Day 1 and should be displayed until the end of the poster session on the final day of the conference.
