Do you have a number of employees who want to attend just one or two sessions? This ticket enables the delegate attendance to be shared by multiple attendees throughout the conference but restricted to one delegate attending at any given time. Purchased under the company name, the entry pass can be transferred between attendees.
Simply return the lanyard and delegate badge to the Conference Check-In Desk for the next employee to collect when they arrive.

BECOME AN IWA MEMBER

HIC/LIC Classification: IWA operates a High / Low Income Country classification for its membership and registration fees. The HIC/LIC classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status.

Students: Students need to submit a copy of the student´s ID at the registration site.

Cancellations

Any cancellations or refund requests must be requested in writing to Secretariat prior to 31 October 2024 via email (nrr24@uq.edu.au).

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunds are made.

If cancellation notice is received by Secretariat

on or before 1 July 2024 (23:59 AEST ) - 20% processing fee
between 2 July 2024 and 31 October 2024 (23:59 AEST ) - 50% processing fee
after 31 October 2024 - no refunds.
